HR Advisor
Manchester City Centre, hybrid
Up to £35,000 per annum
Are you an experienced HR professional looking for an exciting opportunity within professional services? Due to growth our client is currently seeking an HR Advisor to join their small HR team. This is a fantastic chance to play a crucial role in delivering high-quality HR support. If you are passionate about recruitment, employee relations, and generalist HR activities, then this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
*Utilise your sourcing and screening skills to attract top talent.
*Coordinate the interview process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
*Conduct new employee orientations for a seamless onboarding process.
- Employee Relations:
*Be the go-to person for employee enquiries and concerns.
*Assist in resolving employee grievances and conflicts.
*Contribute to the implementation of engaging employee initiatives.
*Support visa sponsorship and right to work checks.
- Generalist:
*Maintain accurate employee records and HR files on their digital system.
*Assist in administering compensation and benefits programmes.
*Prepare reports and analyse HR metrics data.
*Research and recommend performance evaluation methods.
*Keep HR policies up to date with current legislation.
*Assist in organising employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
*Strong experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations. Ideally this would be gained in professional services
*Knowledge of HR policies, compensation, and benefits programmes.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*CIPD level 5 or above.
