Exciting Opportunity for Interim Head of Tax
We are looking for an experienced and fully qualified Interim Head of UK Tax to join our team on a contract basis, working with a diverse range of clients across the UK. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of our clients’ tax reporting and compliance with UK tax laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee all tax-related activities, ensuring compliance with UK tax laws and regulations.
*Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company’s tax position.
*Manage relationships with HMRC and external tax advisors.
*Lead and mentor the tax team, providing guidance and support.
*Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
*Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the business.
*Provide strategic tax advice to senior management and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
*ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent.
*Extensive experience in a senior tax role, preferably within a multinational corporation.
*In-depth knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations.
*Strong leadership and team management skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
*Proactive and strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
