Job Description:
Stock Administrator
Our Tamworth based client is looking for a Stock Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Your role will be to work within the Customer Service Team, offering full administration support in the Bespoke Department. Assisting the Bespoke Stock Co-ordinator and supporting the wider Customer Service Department.
As a Stock Administrator, you will need to have/be:
*Personable, professional, flexible, and adaptable with strong prioritisation skills.
*Capable of working effectively in a team and independently, managing workload and time efficiently.
*Highly accurate, efficient, and detail-oriented.
*Proactive, with good initiative and the ability to follow instructions closely.
*Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
*Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, and Sage.
*Experience in purchasing or stock control is advantageous but not essential.
Details:
*Salary: £26, 000 - £27, 000
*Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm
*Location: Tamworth (full time on site)
*Duration: Permanent
Role of Stock Administrator:
*Manage customer back orders for rework products daily.
*Raise and complete works orders across multiple warehouses using Sage.
*Print and distribute bespoke work instructions to the rework warehouse.
*Liaise with Customer Service on outstanding orders or stock issues.
*Transfer completed stock on Sage to designated locations.
*File and scan rework paperwork onto the query system.
*Review back-order and non-stocked lines reports, raising and prioritising works orders as needed.
*Coordinate goods movement to the Scotland factory and share rework instructions.
*Support the Bespoke Stock Co-ordinator with duties and cover when required.
*Collaborate with Technical, Purchasing, and Supply Chain teams to manage in-house reworks.
*Work with IT to document and optimise rework processes.
*Attend meetings to refine and communicate rework procedures.
*Monitor bespoke stock levels and address any rework-related queries or issues.
