Job Description:
Our client, a prominent organisation in the human resources sector, is actively seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis.
The HR Business Partner plays a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives while serving as a trusted advisor to management. This position involves leading strategic initiatives in talent management and employee development to build and sustain a high-performance workforce. You will work closely with leadership to identify, develop and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic HR Partnership *Partner with leadership to understand business objectives and provide proactive HR solutions to meet organisational goals
*Act as a trusted advisor, offering expertise on workforce planning, succession planning and organisational development
*Monitor and analyse HR metrics to drive data-driven decision making and provide regular reporting
*Lead HR projects and take ownership of HR specific initiatives
Employee Engagement & Retention *Develop and execute initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction
*Lead retention strategies by identifying key drivers of employee turnover and recommending actions to mitigate risk
*Resolve complex employee relation issues, ensuring alignment with company values and culture
Organisational Development & Change Management *Support organisational change initiatives
*Work with senior leadership to facilitate organisational redesigns
Compensation & Benefits *Provide guidance on compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent
*Support annual compensation planning
Performance Management *Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews and providing development feedback
Job Requirements: *Experience in HR or a related field
*Strong understanding of strategic HR practices
*Proficiency in managing HR metrics and data analysis
*Excellent communication and advisory skills
*Ability to lead projects and drive change initiatives
*Knowledge of compensation and benefits practices
*Experience in performance management processes
*Relevant degree or equivalent qualification
