Package Details:
The successful candidate will receive a Salary of £30,000-£35,000 Per Annum

Role Purpose:
The purpose of the Financial Administrator role is to provide all administration support within the business. You will provide pre and post-sales support to the Financial Advisers and clients alike. You will contribute to the success of the company overall and adhere to all internal compliance standards and administration procedures ensuring that client satisfaction is of the highest standard throughout all contact with clients and colleagues alike.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
• Provide exceptional administrative support to Financial Advisers and clients, ensuring high standards in every interaction.
• Build strong relationships with Advisers to align with their business strategy.
• Maintain accurate and efficient records (both paper-based and digital), adhering to internal compliance standards.
• Handle client queries, valuations, policy information, transfers, invoicing, and aged debtors.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining workflows in Intelligent Office (IO).
• Prepare meeting packs, valuations, and illustrations for client meetings.
• Act as the first point of contact for client queries, ensuring clear communication throughout the advice process.
The Ideal Employee:
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
• 2-5 years of experience within financial administration (preferably in an IFA environment).
• Experience with Intelligent Office (IO) or other financial software, with the ability to train and guide others.
• Working knowledge of financial products, including pensions, ISAs, investment accounts, and protection.
• Strong understanding of FCA regulations and guidelines, including MiFID II, GDPR, and PRIIPS.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• A proactive, independent worker who thrives under pressure.
Experience required:
18 months of financial administration experience
Qualifications required:
3 A levels or equivalent + CF1 qualification.
