Job Description:
I have the pleasure of supporting Doncaster City Council in their current permanent recruitment campaign.
I have a role of a Respite Coordinator in their adult’s respite service based in Armthorpe. Respite Services is a registered service for people with physical, learning, or sensory disabilities.
Salary details: £27000 - £30.000 depending on experience plus an 8.5% shift allowance and sleep in rate, 37-hour post.
Job detail are as follows.
Respite Co -Ordinator’s pay run a shift/ comply with CQC.
Be 50/50 with being hands on with the personal care and medication and supporting care staff.
You will perform appraisals and step in for the senior team.
Will Includes sleep ins and available for on call.
You will be expected to manage the rota and plan the shift and cover the rota if people phone in sick, asked to attend and chair reviews, investigating safeguarding.
Working with clients with ADHD etc. All placed on respite care, a mix 18- 85yrs old, anything from complex needs, dementia or someone who is independent.
You will be actively involved in care plans and placements.
As per client request you will require experience of a similar role to apply
