Are you an experienced ACCA/ACA qualified accountant looking for your next career move? Do you want to apply your expertise in a varied and dynamic role within the sports, media, and entertainment sectors? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for an Outsourcing and Accounts Manager to join their team.
As an Outsourcing and Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, primarily in the sports, media, and entertainment industries. Your work will vary from traditional outsourcing services, such as VAT returns and management accounts, to ad hoc tasks including tour accounts, property purchases, and personal financial management for High Net Worth clients.
What you will be doing as an Outsourcing & Accounts Manager:
*Manage a portfolio of clients across various sectors.
*Oversee and provide outsourcing services, including VAT returns, management accounts, year-end accounts (FRS 105 and FRS 102 s1a), cash flow forecasting, and more.
*Assist clients with personal financial management, including property purchases, insurance coverage, and financial planning.
*Respond to client queries promptly and liaise with partners and other managers on client matters.
*Supervise billing and debtor management for your portfolio.
*Participate in the implementation phase for new clients.
*Provide training and guidance to junior team members and assist with their career development.
*Delegate work efficiently and step in to support the team when needed.
What you’ll need to succeed
*You will have either an ACCA or ACA qualification (or equivalent).
*Experience supervising a team and delegating tasks effectively.
*Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Xero is essential. Familiarity with other cloud-based systems such as Dext and QuickBooks Online would be beneficial.
*Strong communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
