The Role:
As Regional Financial Controller, you will oversee the financial operations of multiple business units within the region. You will play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead the regional finance team, providing strong leadership and mentorship.
*Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
*Ensure compliance is in place
*Develop and implement robust financial controls and processes.
*Analyse financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
*Collaborate with senior management to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
About You:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset. To succeed in this role, you will need:
*Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
*Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally within a regional or multi-site environment.
*Strong technical accounting knowledge and commercial skills.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
