What You’ll Do As an Apprentice & Skills Development Coach, you will:
*Deliver engaging and impactful teaching, learning, and assessment sessions, helping learners unlock their full potential.
*Guide and mentor apprentices throughout their development journey, offering personalized support and motivation.
*Monitor and assess learners’ progress to ensure they meet occupational standards and excel in their roles.
*Design and implement innovative, blended learning experiences that promote creativity, problem-solving, and vocational excellence.
*Address welfare and safeguarding needs with professionalism and care.
What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who:
*Has effective coaching and mentoring skills to inspire and support learners.
*Possesses strong interpersonal abilities, especially in dealing with safeguarding and welfare matters.
*Is a qualified and experienced Steelworker with a proven track record in the trade.
*Is IT literate and comfortable using technology in a learning environment.
*Ideally holds an A1 Assessor qualification (desirable).
