Job Description:
Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be working with a global manufacturing company who are looking to appoint a HR Assistant at their Wakefield siteon a full time, permanent basis.

As a HR Assistant you will be reporting directly into the Head of HR and play a pivotal role in supporting in the day to day running of the HR function. This company is a market leader and will provide fantastic career development for the right candidate into a HR Advisor.
As a HR Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
*Administration of the full employee life-cycle including offer letters, contracts, changes to terms & conditions
*Leading on absence management and recruitment reporting
*Supporting with payroll calculations and collating data
*Support with the recruitment process administration and adding new starters onto the system
*Amendments to contractual & personal details in line with HR policies, systems, processes and any service level agreements
