An independent and highly regarded Estate Agency firm in Bradford on Avon is now seeking an experienced part time Property Sales Negotiator (3 full days per week) to join their successful team.

They have an exceptional track record of success and a brilliant market presence. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience within Estate Agency, have strong sales skills and impeccable customer service skills.

Duties will include:
-Generating and attending viewings
-Meeting and greeting customers
-General administration
-Negotiating offers
-Sales progression

Duties will vary and you must expect to lend a hand wherever possible throughout the business.

To be considered for this role you must also have a full UK driving license and use of your own car.

Experience in Estate Agency is desirable however, candidates with a strong customer service background and genuine interest in the Property sector might be considered as full training can be given.
