Location: Bridgend
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per year

What You’ll Do
*Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via phone and email.
*Maintain the sales system from quotation to order receipt, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
*Process sales orders and issue order acknowledgements.
*Assist in preparing quotations, tenders, and monitoring adherence to sales procedures.
*Provide regular sales activity reports in team meetings.
*Logistics Coordination: Arrange transport for customer equipment deliveries.
About You
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Experience Required:
*Proven experience in a sales administration or coordination role.
*Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
*Experience with Sage is an advantage.
*Excellent time management and organisational skills.
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
*A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
