Facilities Manager vacancy in London - Looking for someone who can make the step-up to a facilities management to oversee the day-to-day management of a varied property portfolio. This role involves ensuring Health and Safety compliance, managing maintenance operations, and fostering strong relationships with all stakeholders
!!ESSENTIAL!! You must have an IOSH - and 2/3 years Experience in a similar FM role. You do NOT need to have been a manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES *Carry out monthly property inspections using an app-based system, ensuring all findings are recorded and actioned.
*Manage reactive and routine maintenance tasks via a CAFM system, monitoring progress and providing updates to tenants and residents.
*Ensure contractor administration is completed in line with company policies, including Purchase Orders, permits to work, and Health and Safety documentation.
*Prepare Service Charge Budgets, review end-of-year reports, and ensure all required works are accounted for.
*Attend client and supplier meetings, preparing reports and contributing meaningful commentary.
*Ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements, maintaining 90% document compliance on Riskwise or equivalent systems.
*Handle out-of-hours emergencies as part of an on-call rota and provide timely resolutions.
*Build and maintain professional relationships with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS *IOSH qualification is essential.
*Minimum of 2 years’ Facilities Management experience.
*Strong knowledge of Health and Safety compliance systems.
*Proficient in IT systems, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
*Excellent communication and administrative skills.
*Flexible, proactive, and customer-focused with a professional and courteous manner.
*Well-presented, organised, and able to manage competing priorities.
