Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Residential Conveyancer for a law firm based in Wetherby, West Yorkshire. This is a permanent job that can be offered on a full time or reduced working week. Other benefits include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and free on-site parking.
Role Responsibilities
The incoming Residential Conveyancerwill be working in a small team, with responsibility over a caseload of residential matters. Your duties may include, although not limited to:
*Predominantly taking a lead acting for a corporate client with a unique approach to residential conveyancing, whilst also acting for high net-worth individuals.
*Providing effective communication and excellent customer care to your clients at each stage of their journey.
*Delegating and overseeing the work of support staff.
You will be working with excellent I.T and leap case-management.
Person Specification
Applications are sought from all Residential Conveyancers, either Solicitors, Licenced Conveyancers, Legal Executives and those not formally qualified but experienced in the role. You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience running your own caseload and will be able to work unsupervised and on your own initiative. You will also:
*Have excellent IT skills including Outlook, Word, use of case-management, and various conveyancing/estate agent portals
*Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Have a professional telephone manner
*Be very organised
*Be able to fit into a small, friendly and welcoming environment
