We are looking for a positive, caring, and motivated Waking Night Support Worker to join our team in Warrington. Supporting our children who have autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs.
Support Worker - £13.00 per hour.
As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will provide the highest standards of care for our children throughout the night, understand their care needs, and support and engage with them. You will work on a rota pattern that you will receive in advance to help you plan ahead and create a good work-life balance. Your work pattern will entail full night shifts between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am.

Responsibilities
*Provide the best care and support for the children we support and make a real difference in their lives
*Maintain a warm and caring environment, so our children can receive good physical, emotional, and social care
*Support the children with their daily routines as set out in their care plans
Requirements
· Experience as a carer would be great but full training and induction are provided, so we would still love to hear from you even if you don’t have experience in this field
· Driver’s licence is an advantage but it is not essential
· Be approachable, friendly, proactive, and engaging
