Specialist Learning Coach - ASD and Social Communication and Interaction *Job Type: Part-time and Full-time positions available

Day to Day of the Role As a Specialist Learning Coach, you will:
*Provide targeted support to students with ASD and social communication challenges, facilitating their academic and social development.
*Implement individualised learning plans designed to engage and motivate.
*Work closely with a dedicated team to share best practices and innovative strategies for special needs education.
*Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to thrive.
*Participate in continuous professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in special needs education.
Required Skills & Qualifications *Proven experience as a Specialist Learning Coach or in a similar role supporting children with special educational needs.
*Confidence and dedication to go above and beyond in supporting children with special needs.
*Team Teach qualification is preferable.
*Must possess a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
