*Performance Optimisation: Continuously analyse affiliate performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive revenue growth.
*Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, influencers, and media outlets.
*Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align strategies and execute campaigns effectively.
Ideal Candidate:
*Proven track record in affiliate marketing, with a deep understanding of the e-commerce industry.
*Experience in managing affiliate programs in the UK and European markets.
*Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.1
