Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £23,300 + £1,800 attendance bonus, to be reviewed in the New year.

We are seeking a friendly and motivated customer service representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers.
Responsibilities;
*Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
*Provide information about products and services’ including pricing, features, and policies.
*Assist customers with order placements, changes, and cancellations.
*Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
*Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
*Continuously learn about new products and services to provide accurate information.
*Participate in training and development sessions to improve skills.
*checking and processing customer orders.
