Job Description:
The role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced Senior Management Accountant to join a dynamic finance team within a fast-paced, innovative hospitality company. If you excel in financial accuracy, leadership, and strategic insight, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee Accounts Payable, Income Audit, A/R, and Cashier functions, ensuring adherence to finance policies.
*Supervise general ledger entries, income audits, payroll analysis, and bank reconciliations.
*Review and analyze daily income reports, trial balances, and monthly financial results.
*Prepare monthly financial packs, operating statistics, KPIs, and variance analysis.
*Coordinate forecasting, balance sheet reconciliations, and statutory audits.
*Maintain robust controls, internal audit processes, and fixed asset registers.
*Lead and develop the accounts office team while fostering strong cross-department collaboration.
What We’re Looking For:
*3–5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within hospitality or a multi-site organization.
*Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA, degree equivalent, or QBE.
*Strong knowledge of financial systems (e.g., Opera, Netsuite, Yardi) and accounting standards (e.g., USALI).
*Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
