Job Description:
Large and fast-growing professional services business based in Manchester requires an HR Advisor.
This is a newly created role due to recent growth and is a fantastic opportunity. Working alongside the HR Director and HR Assistant, this role plays a key part in supporting and delivering HR activity.
Duties of the role will include;
Recruitment:
*Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions.
*Coordinate the interview process and facilitate communication with candidates.
*Conduct new employee orientations and ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
Employee Relations:
*Act as a point of contact for employee enquiries and concerns.
*Assist in investigating and resolving employee grievances and conflicts.
*Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
*Assist with visa sponsorship and right to work checks.
Generalist:
*Assist with maintaining accurate employee records and HR files on digital system.
*Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
*Assist in preparing reports and data analysis related to HR metrics.
*Researching and recommending performance evaluation methods (e.g. employee appraisal systems).
*Monitoring, reviewing and updating all HR policies and ensuring these are in line with current legislation.
*Assisting in organising employer branding initiatives.
The right candidate for the role will be;
*CIPD level 5 or above is desired
*Approx 2 years’ experience in the above
