Job Description:
Our Client, Bradford Council, is seeking a Team Manager to join their Integrated Team.

Responsibilities of this role:
*Provide regular supervision and support to social workers and social work assistants
*Oversee duty responsibilities and caseload management
*Conduct child and family assessments and develop appropriate support plans
*Collaborate with partner agencies to deliver targeted services
*Ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures and legislation
*Prepare reports and contribute to strategic planning and development
Requirements of this role:
*Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
*Must have a Social Work qualification (Diploma in social work, social work degree or equivalent)
*Must have minimum of 3 years Post Qualifying experience working as a Qualified social worker
*Must have experience as a Social Work Team Manager
