Job Description:
Package: £25K basic salary + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE £40K)

This opportunity is perfect for either a graduate or someone looking to make a career change, looking to get into recruitment. They will provide a structured 12 week training plan, giving you the platform for a successful career in recruitment. From here, you will be aligned with a team and provided ongoing coaching and development as you grow in the business.

Key Responsibilities
*Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
*Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
*Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
*Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
*Managing your candidate database.
*Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
