Commercial Account Handler
Location: Northampton (office-based with some flexibility)
Salary: Up to £45,000 Dependent on Experience + Benefits

You will handle policy renewals, mid-term adjustments, and queries while working closely with Account Executives to ensure clients receive tailored insurance solutions.

Requirements
*Previous experience in the insurance industry, ideally in commercial lines with experience handling policies above £5,000 GWP.
*Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
*Confidence in handling policy renewals, amendments, and general client queries.
*A proactive and team-oriented approach to work.
*An understanding of general commercial insurance products (Property, Liability, Motor, etc.) is preferred.
