Job Description:
Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as an Onsite Support Engineer for a successful Managed Service Provider to be based in London?
This role will involve a rotation between working Onsite in the West End and on the Service Desk (1 in 4 weeks) which can be done remotely.
Main Duties of the Role
*Responsible for troubleshooting, fault finding, fixing, and providing customer advice on systems
*Managing assigned tickets using the ticket management system
*Providing support within agreed SLAs to ensure response and fix times are met
*Remote desktop/server support with windows environments
*Investigation of server and platform monitoring alerts
*Server and desktop patching via centrally managed systems
*Keeping customer documentation up to date
*Involvement in technical projects for technology deployments/upgrades
Your Skills and Experience
*Excellent communication skills
*Strong networking knowledge with proficiency in troubleshooting networking protocols
*Solid experience of server support and virtual environments (VMware)
*Microsoft Exchange Server and Office 365.
*Knowledge of backup solutions
*Understanding of ITIL practices

*£35,000-£40,000 per annum
*+ Overtime & on call
