Job Description:
We are seeking a talented commercial insurance account handler ready to step up to join a leading independent insurance brokerage.
As a Senior Commercial Account Handler, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing client relationships, providing expert advice, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities-
*Account handle an existing book of commercial clients supporting the Account Executives
*Efficiently manage MTA’s and renewals to maintain strong client relationships and maximise retention
*Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and contribute to the team’s overall success.
*Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products to existing clients, maximising revenue potential.
*Ensure strict adherence to all relevant industry regulations and standards.
*Stay abreast of industry trends, product developments, and regulatory changes to enhance your knowledge and skills.
What you’ll offer-
*With strong technical skills and ideally 3-5 years of commercial experience ideally in a broker environment.
*Experience in Acturis (desirable, however, training can be provided)
*Strong negotiation and relationship skills
*Ability to work effectively in a team environment
*Organised with excellent time management skills
Requirements-
*Minimum 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C), including English and Maths
*Experience in a broad range of commercial insurance.
*Working towards Cert CII.
*Proven experience in handling Commercial classes of business.
*Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Acturis.
