Role Responsibilities *Preparing statutory accounts for a varied portfolio of clients across different sectors
*Reviewing and overseeing the work of junior team members, providing guidance and support
*Delivering management accounts and financial reports with insights and recommendations
*Completing VAT returns and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
*Assisting clients with tax planning and advisory services
*Supporting clients with cloud-based accounting software and digital transformation projects
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor

Candidate Requirements *ACA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent)
*At least three years of experience in a practice environment
*Strong technical skills in accounts preparation, tax, and compliance
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement
*A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
*Experience in mentoring and supporting junior team members
