Job Description:
Regional Property Manager required for a hospitality / leisure organisation to oversee a portfolio of pubs in the North West Region.
Client Details
A well-respected organisation within the leisure / hospitality sector who manage over 1000 properties across the country. They are looking for a Regional Property Manager to oversee a range of maintenance and development / investment projects across their continuously growing portfolio of pubs.
This is a home working contract with regular travel to sites across the North West.
Description
As Regional Property Manager you will manage maintenance, development & refurbishment projects for a portfolio of pubs across the North West Region. You will ensure all properties are fully compliant and fit for purpose.
*To take proactive responsibility for property maintenance & investment programmes, you’re your defined region of pubs
*Protect & enhance the company’s property assets through proactive management of all repairs & maintenance.
*Carry out site condition surveys and develop site specific strategies
*Support the Property Helpdesk with escalated reactive maintenance issues
*Proactively manage and develop contractors and suppliers to ensure value for money and high- quality customer service.
*Deliver high quality design proposals, fit for purpose and appropriate for the retail objectives.
*Provide a high level of customer service to all key stakeholders (customers, landlords, tenants etc)
Profile
*Strong track record of property investment and management.
*Able to manage a range of maintenance / development projects
*RICS / CIOB qualification preferable, but Property Project & Property Management experience essential.
*Comprehensive experience and understanding of Health & Safety and Compliance matters.
*Experience within the pubs or leisure sector.
*Computer literate - a minimum of intermediate Word, Excel and Outlook.
*Degree calibre.
*Full GB Driving Licence.

*£55,000 - 65,000
