Field-Based - UK Regionally Assigned Territories
Salary: £26,000-£28,000 with OTE £50,000 Uncapped

Your role as a Sales Development Representative at Elis:
*Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across your assigned territory.
*Engage with potential clients through in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
*Understand and match customer needs with our products and services.
*Develop a pipeline of prospects and manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal.
*Achieve and exceed individual KPIs and targets, driving revenue growth for the ICS division.
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
What you will need as a Sales Development Representative at Elis:
*Previous sales experience, ideally in field-based business development, account management, or similar roles.
*A proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and build lasting customer relationships.
*Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
*A self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven attitude.
*Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
*A full UK driving license is essential, as the role involves regular travel across your territory.
