SEMH Teaching Assistant *Location: Leeds

Day-to-day of the role: *Provide tailored support to students with SEMH needs, helping them to achieve their full potential.
*Assist in the development and implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs).
*Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
*Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support student progress.
*Manage challenging behaviour with empathy and professionalism.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Previous experience working with students with SEMH needs is essential.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
*A proactive and flexible approach to supporting students’ needs.
