Summary of the Position:
This role involves delivering a focused and efficient dispute resolution service for individuals and organisations. The Litigation Solicitor will represent claimants and defendants before, during, and after court hearings, while managing a diverse caseload independently.

Key Responsibilities:
*Managing a caseload of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, property litigation, and other civil litigation cases.
*Conducting in-depth legal research and drafting pleadings, statements, and other legal documents with accuracy and compliance.
*Providing tailored legal advice, maintaining clear and effective communication with clients.
*Representing clients in court hearings and alternative dispute resolution, with some advocacy experience desirable.
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering pragmatic and commercially focused solutions.
*Collaborating with colleagues across the firm’s offices to ensure comprehensive legal services.
*Contributing to business development initiatives to support departmental growth.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have:
*2+ years PQE in civil and commercial litigation.
*A proven track record in handling a range of litigation cases independently.
*Excellent research, drafting, and analytical skills.
*Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to build trust and rapport with clients.
*A proactive and commercially minded approach to problem-solving.
*The ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
