Veblen International is exclusively partnering with a pioneering luxury skincare brand renowned for its global presence and inspiring legacy. Currently, they are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of key digital initiatives, playing a central role in driving customer engagement, acquisition, and retention. Collaborating closely with agency partners and internal teams, you’ll help shape the brand’s digital future while delivering unique experiences for top-tier customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including CRM, loyalty, and performance marketing.
*Develop and manage the CRM schedule for DTC, ensuring impactful email campaigns and strategic testing.
*Expand customer acquisition efforts, driving growth for the brand’s rewards and loyalty programme.
*Plan and execute a calendar of exclusive loyalty events in partnership with the brand team, offering memorable experiences and rewards for top-tier customers.
*Define, implement, and oversee the digital marketing calendar, collaborating with agency partners to deliver impactful campaigns.
*Enhance brand awareness by driving new customer acquisition and retention through paid channels.
*Be part of a collaborative and fast-paced environment, working with a prestigious luxury brand.
London-based with hybrid working (3 days in-office).
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
*Strong experience in performance marketing, ideally within a luxury beauty or skincare brand.
*Management and proven ability to deliver growth of loyalty and subscription programmes.
*Commercial skills & acumen.
*Proficient in managing multiple tasks concurrently, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines.
*Adaptable and at ease in a dynamic and expanding work environment.
