About the role: We are currently seeking a committed and skilled School Administrator to join our team on a term-time only basis. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in upholding our high standards of administrative support. The Ideal candidate will possess a working knowledge of SIMS and have prior experience within an educational environment. We are looking for someone who can seamlessly integrate into our dynamic setting and contribute effectively from day one.
What We’re Looking For: As our ideal candidate, you will bring a unique blend of skills and experiences, including
*Exceptional Administrative Skills: Strong ICT proficiency, meticulous attention to detail in data entry, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
*Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SIMS from a school environment, as well as expertise in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
*Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
*Professional Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive information with tact and confidentiality.
*A Collaborative Attitude: Patience and a positive approach to working with students and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage face-to-face and telephone enquiries from parents and external agencies.
*Support teachers and the senior leadership team with data entry and reporting on pupil records.
*Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, filing, and managing post.
