Job Title: HR Coordinator (Immediate Start!!)
Location: Castleford
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum

Contract Type: 6-Month Fixed Term Contract
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Coordinator to join our team in Castleford on a 6-month fixed term contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and be proficient in using HR systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
* Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
* Support the HR team with various administrative tasks.
* Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an HR role.
* Proficiency in using HR system called One Advance.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
