Job Description:
The Head of Reward will lead and build the company’s reward strategy, ensuring the successful implementation and management of comprehensive and competitive reward programs. The role is based in Birmingham, on an FTC basis and will be instrumental in driving business performance through people initiatives.

Description
*Develop and implement a comprehensive reward strategy for the company.
*Regularly review market trends and benchmark data to ensure competitiveness.
*Lead on all aspects of reward, including salary benchmarking, bonus schemes, and benefits.
*Work closely with the HR team to integrate reward strategy with broader people initiatives.
*Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation.
*Provide expert advice and guidance on reward issues to senior leaders.
*Manage the annual salary and bonus review process.
*Drive continuous improvement in reward processes and systems.
Profile
A successful Head of Reward should have:
*Significant experience in a similar reward role building a function from the ground up.
*Proven expertise in developing and implementing reward strategies.
*Strong knowledge of reward systems and processes.
*Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
*A relevant degree or professional qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
