Business Development Manager
Hybrid (Remote with occasional visits to Gloucester)
£50,000+ per annum (DOE) + Commission, Car Allowance, Benefits

My client is a leading international provider of advanced telecommunications solutions for mission-critical networks. They deliver innovative technology, digital transformation programs, and network infrastructure solutions to optimise and future-proof businesses.
The Role:
We seek a motivated Business Development Manager to join a dynamic Sales Team. You’ll drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, forging strong client relationships, and delivering tailored telecommunications solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
*Identify and pursue new markets, clients, and partnerships.
*Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
*Present and sell solutions to telecom network operators and other sectors (broadband, utilities, defence).
*Attend industry events, network, and stay updated on trends.
*Prepare sales forecasts and manage tenders.
*Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, preferably in Telecoms.
*Strategic, proactive, and results-driven.
*Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
*Solid IT skills, including MS Office; familiarity with statistical tools is a plus.
