Job Description:
Are you looking to start your career in HR?
Do you have excellent organizational skills and enjoy a varied and dynamic role?
Juice is delighted to be working with our client their search for a HR Administrator to join their People Team .
DAY TO DAY:
• Managing and streamlining administrative processes to improve efficiency.
• Drafting, proofreading, and maintaining policies and HR documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with GDPR and accurate HR system updates.
• Supporting onboarding processes, including preparing contracts and welcoming new starters.
• Creating and maintaining internal resources.
• Tracking and managing annual leave records, ensuring clear communication with team leads.
• Assisting in the preparation and delivery of company events.
• Overseeing general office organization and
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
• Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR or a related field.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Strong IT proficiency and confidence using various software tools.
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A team player who enjoys collaborating with others to achieve shared goals.
