Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing UK corporate tax compliance for several UK entities. Additionally will be involved in multiple tax-risk related projects

Description
*Oversee all corporate tax-related compliance matters
*Manage relationships with local and international tax authorities.
*Monitor changes in tax regulations and assess their impact on the company.
*Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies.
*Provide tax expertise to other departments within the company.
*Have a business-friendly approach, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
*Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns.
*Lead and participate in tax audits and negotiations.
Profile
A successful Tax Manager should have:
*A degree in Accounting or Finance.
*Professional certification in tax preferred(e.g. CTA).
*Proven experience in a tax manager or similar role with demonstrated CIT experience
*Strong knowledge of UK tax law and regulations in a regulated environment
*Excellent leadership and team management skills.
*Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
*Proficiency in tax software and accounting systems.
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
