Job Description:
Head of Insurance Operations
Northamptonshire
Salary - £80,000
We are working with an established insurance broker who is looking for someone to head up the Operations side of the business.
The Role:
*You will be overseeing the day-to-day business operations to optimise operational efficiency
*Lead organisational change management
*Foster a culture of continuous improvement
*Develop & execute growth strategies
*Strengthen stakeholder relationships
*Enhance leadership & team development
*Drive technological innovation
*Implement sustainable business practices
*Ensuring adequate administrative & reporting procedures in place
*Deliver operational excellence via IT systems
The Required Skills:
*Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal colleagues and key stakeholders.
*Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
*Self-motivated and proactive with a results-oriented mindset.
*Knowledge of FCA and the Insurance Industry.
