This role is for an HR Advisor in the legal industry, where the successful candidate will be a vital part of the HR Operations department in a London-based team.

Description
*HR Operations: Manages new joiner and leaver processes, system updates, and covers for HOps as needed.
*HR Admin: Handles onboarding, inductions, compliance, salary/bonus letters, exit interviews, and HR metrics reporting.
*Employee Lifecycle: Supports HOps with probation reviews, leave processes, and promotions.
*Diversity & Inclusion: Coordinates D&I events, training, and partnerships, managing budgets and newsletters.
*Trainees: Oversees seat reviews, rotations, qualification admin, and IT logistics.
*Trainee Recruitment: Supports annual graduate recruitment (assessment centers, vacation schemes, insight days).
*Recruitment: Proficient in AllHires, Apply4Law, Shortlister, and covers for TO as needed.
*General Support: Provides cover for HOps and Legal Support Manager
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
*Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience; legal sector experience required.
*Proactive, "can-do" attitude with a willingness to learn on the job.
*Energetic, personable, and detail-focused in delivering HR responsibilities.
*Strong communication skills and ability to contribute effectively within a small HR team.
*Genuine passion for promoting and supporting the firm’s D&I strategy.
