Job Description:
Our client are a fast growth ecommerce business.
As an E-Commerce Executive, you will create plans that address the aesthetics and usability of the online stores and digital platforms. Day to day, you’ll be responsible for building product upload files, tracking inventory levels, and maintaining knowledge of the best-selling products and which ones are out of stock. In addition, you’ll be a part of deploying, implementing and managing paid marketing campaigns and online trade activities.
You’ll create reports and use data on sales, industry norms, and cutting-edge innovations to promote sales and online stores. You’ll make informed decisions to ensure that pre-existing frameworks support profit production. In addition, you will be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills to build internal and external relationships.
Working with senior members of your team, you’ll help to deliver marketing strategies on time and on budget. You will work with others, to understand the current market trends and forecast future trends to maximise sales growth.
Responsibilities
*Liaise with the Head of Trading to drive online trade
*Deploy SEO-focused, on-brand and engaging content
*Track inventory levels and monitor best sellers and out-of-stock products
*Ensure resource allocation aligns with business priorities
*Develop a strong knowledge and understanding of product categories, key competitors, and market trends
Requirements
*A strong understanding of the end-to-end online user journey and buying habits
*Good interpersonal skills
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Experience in the delivery of content projects with measurable benefits
*Experience using e-commerce platforms such as Shopify
