The Role

This role requires a deep understanding of product categories, supplier dynamics, and market trends to develop effective sourcing strategies. You will oversee the entire sourcing process, including market research, bid preparation, contract negotiations, and launching agreements that align with organisational goals.

You will engage with senior supplier contacts, explore new market entrants, and evaluate future technologies to stay ahead in the industry.

As a leader, you will motivate and develop your team and conduct effective reviews. You must be able to demonstrate expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, negotiation, and supplier relationship management. Proficiency in e-procurement systems and Microsoft Office tools is essential.
