Job Title: Youth Justice Officer
Location: Enfield
Rate: £23.45 - £29.11 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary (Hybrid working available)
Hours: Full-Time (Occasional weekends/unsocial hours required)

Enfield Youth Justice Service is a partnership striving for excellence, and we’re looking for dedicated Youth Justice Officers to join our high-performing, multi-disciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities: *Write high-quality PSR, Referral Order, and Breach reports.
*Conduct thorough assessments using AssetPlus and provide detailed risk analysis.
*Deliver interventions aimed at reducing re-offending and managing harm.
*Safeguard young people and manage risks to the community effectively.
*Collaborate closely with partner agencies and monitor practice and processes.
What We’re Looking For: *Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Youth Justice Service or as a qualified Probation Officer.
*Strong knowledge of risk assessment and management.
*Skilled in delivering interventions using sequencing methods.
*Ability to work occasional weekends/unsocial hours as needed.
*Commitment to delivering high-quality services and achieving meaningful outcomes.
