Responsibilities
*Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business strategies.
*Develop and maintain dashboards using Tableau to visualise key performance indicators (KPIs) and other critical metrics.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support for various projects.
*Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement within the organisation.
*Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by providing data-driven insights during project management phases.
*Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that complex information is easily understood.
Requirements
*Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
*Familiarity with server management and database systems is advantageous.
*Strong understanding of business analysis principles and project management methodologies.
*Excellent analytical skills with the ability to vaticinate future trends based on historical data.
*Strong attention to detail, with the ability to smash through large datasets efficiently.
*Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
