Job Description:
We are recruiting an HR Business Partner for a global charity for a period of 12 months to support the organisation during a period of change and transformation. Based in the UK ( hybrid of 2 days minimum a week in the London office ) international experience not necessary for this role, we are seeking a strong HR Business Partner, with expert UK law knowledge and excellent relationship building skills.
Your role will be to provide strategic advice to leaders, helping them to think through how to manage their people to ensure that their strategic objectives are met and advising them on how to address the people challenges they face. You will support our organisation effectiveness by developing and implementing solutions around the management and wellbeing of people and volunteers which are aligned to our organisational strategy and department specific plans. You will also support the development and evolution of our people related policies and processes and new ways of working (culture).
Our Business Partners attend senior management team meetings to ensure that they fully understand the strategic objectives of their internal customers and can support and advise them from a people point of view. You may also line manage a People Adviser and undertake various HR related projects that support the people team plans and objectives.
