Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Adminto join our client’s team. This pivotal role supports the engineering servicing needs of their Operations Accounts and Connected Business accounts, ensuring the timely delivery of risk evaluation and assessment services to their clients. The successful candidate will collaborate with Account Engineers and internal departments, driving meaningful risk improvements while maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of engineering documentation.
Key Responsibilities
*Engineering Services Coordination: Request, track, and follow up on engineering servicing for accounts requiring risk evaluation to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services to clients.
*Support Risk Improvement Initiatives: Assist Account Engineers in achieving significant risk improvement for clients through effective coordination and administrative support.
*Documentation Management: Ensure all engineering documentation is accurate, complete, and delivered promptly to clients.
*Data Preparation: Generate and compile information for Account Engineering presentations and meetings.
*Customer Support: Respond to internal and external customer inquiries, directing them to appropriate personnel when necessary.
*Internal Collaboration: Liaise with various departments such as Work Assignment, Field Engineering, and Client Services teams to support seamless operations.
*Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform additional administrative duties as requested to support team objectives.
Skills and Qualifications
*Experience: Proven track record in supporting a team or manager, preferably in an insurance or risk management environment.
*Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships with engineering teams, clients, and brokers.
*Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Organisational / Administrative Skills: Exceptional time management, prioritisation, and attention to detail.
*Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and OneDrive). Experience with Power BI is a plus.
*Adaptability: A team player who is customer-oriented, flexible, and able to navigate cultural differences.
*System Knowledge: Familiarity with internal systems such as RiskConsole, Global Portal, Infoport, SRS, and BTP is advantageous (training will be provided).
