What You’ll Do: *Lead and Inspire: Provide leadership within the team, mentoring and reviewing the work of junior colleagues.
*Client Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, from planning engagements to delivering results.
*Strategic Insights: Deliver management reports and financial analysis, helping clients make critical operational and strategic decisions.
*System Design & Implementation: Work on short-term projects to design and implement Xero-based financial systems and automation solutions.
*Innovative Problem-Solving: Develop creative solutions with the team to enhance client service and drive business success.
What I am Looking For: *Qualified: ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification (or equivalent experience).
*Practice Experience: Relevant experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice.
*Tech-Savvy: Expertise in Xero, Dext, Fathom and other cloud-based tools, with a passion for automation and process improvement.
*Collaborative Mindset: A positive, proactive approach to problem-solving and team collaboration.
*Client-Focused: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
*Organized & Deadline-Driven: Excellent time management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
