Job Title: Retirement Living Assistant
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £24,627 per annum
Working Hours: 37.5 Hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Location: Nottingham & Derby

The difference you will make as a Retirement Living Assistant

This role covers retirement living schemes in Nottingham and Derby. 

The schemes consist of Whiteway’s Court, Old Chapel Close, Brindley House in Nottingham and Hargreaves Court, Woodlands View, Brindley House in Derby.

You must have access to a vehicle as the role requires travel between all schemes to visit customers. You will assist in the day-to-day delivery of a comprehensive housing management service for Retirement Living, including working with tenancy agreements, ensuring all records and files are maintained and held securely to maintain confidentiality.

You will also act as an initial point of contact both on the phone and in the reception area, you will always ensure a professional and supportive approach is maintained, whilst working as part of a team to provide ’best practice’.  

About you

We are looking for someone with:
*CAR ESSENTIAL: The role holder must have a UK driving licence and access to a vehicle as this role requires travel between retirement living schemes in Nottingham and Derby.
*Experience of working in a customer focussed environment
*Strong communication skills
*Previous experience of working with vulnerable and/or older people
*Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
