In this role you will:
*Work with our private capital dealers, helping with their funding solutions.
*Engage with our fleet and customers, providing expert guidance on credit and funding solutions that meet their specific needs.
*Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, fostering long-term partnerships, and ensuring continued business growth through repeat opportunities.
*Be a team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with the wider sales team to achieve shared goals and drive business success.
*Oversee a whole sales region, working with them to successfully meet targets.
*Help guide our sales process, as we transfer to a new system.
About you:
*Commercial acumen - able to seek and spot opportunities, with a background in asset finance.
*Team spirit - a strong sense of ’cross-functional collaboration’.
*Solutions orientated - the desire to overcome hurdles and ability to problem solve.
*Customer focussed - possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build long-lasting relationships.
*Goal-driven - determined to meet and exceed targets, with an exciting new year ahead, and a clear growth plan… we want someone who thrives on getting the team to achieve.
*Systems & process - confident learning new systems and processes.
