Job Description:
Executive Search Support Consultant
Hybrid working: 3 days in office
Paying £45 - £55K + bonus, healthcare, pension + unlimited holiday policy!
Our client, a global executive search firm based in the Central London, with a fantastic work culture, is looking for an Executive Search Support Consultant to join their EMEA Private Equity Practice to provide crucial support to their client facing team.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong organisational skills and have a client centric mindset with experience gained in Executive Search or Recruitment.
This is a newly appointed role so there is lots of scope to develop and grow but what is key is someone who can bring ideas and expertise to the role. You will be supporting the fee earners in the team and will need a good understanding of executive search/ recruitment and be passionate about assisting the business development team, mapping clients and candidates, researching and providing suggestions on how to improve their working functions. This is a superb company who are not too corporate in their structure, they’re agile and keen for this person to have autonomy and growth.
Search Support:
*Collaborate with executive search consultants to understand client requirements and project scope & deliverables.
*Support in building and formatting briefing reports, candidate reports and presentations for senior searches.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in CRM during the search process.
*Providing Pitchbook data to enhance search accuracy
Database Management:
*Add clients and candidates to the database complete with personal information.
*Produce reports for management.
*Identifying and speaking to the CRM provider about opportunities for improvement within the systems
*Analysis of sales funnel to understand how successful deals came about
*Tracking KPIs from consultants and suggesting patterns for their productivity.
Business Development Support:
*Extracting info from Pitchbook and online about a client prior to a meeting.
*Building pitch decks for consultants, including the track record + search strategy + profile recommendations + fees.
*Building proposals.
Diary Management:
*Coordinate schedules for Directors within the Practice.
Operational Support
*Generate activity reports in CRM and PowerBI.
Key skills and experience
*Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
*Proven experience in sales support or a similar role in the recruitment/ executive search industry.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
*Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and report generation.
*Familiarity and use of PowerBI / Salesforce or similar CRM system
*Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all aspects of work.
