A luxurious fashion brand dedicated to excellence, innovation, and sustainability. Based in the vibrant Canary Wharf, we are looking for an Office Manager to join their creative team. This role is an exciting opportunity to support operations while contributing to a dynamic and stylish workplace.

As the Office Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment. In addition to managing office functions, you will also assist with HR responsibilities, supporting the team’s growth and well-being. This is an on-site position.
Key Responsibilities:
*Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a smooth workflow.
*HR Support: Assist with HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and maintaining personnel records.
*Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
*Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance office efficiency and implement best practices to improve operations.
Requirements:
*Proven experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably in the fashion or creative industries.
*Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
*Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently.
